SUCCESS STORY: < Featured Projects   Wells Fargo:      Web Project We worked on the Wells Fargo Business Advisor webzine project for 4+ months. In that time we worked closely with the Business Banking Group scoping out the realities of the project, which included redefining the actual scope of work and developing a detailed project plan to ensure all requirements were known and adhered to and all relevant internal and external resources and processes were taken into account.

This involved working with security consultants, developing the criteria for evaluating deployment options and selection of vendors, refining workflow processes (both internal and external), collaborating with internal resources such as legal and Internet services. In addition, we provided a Plan of Action to update (short term) and enhance (longer term) the current site.
